Pri tem velja prepri\u010danje, da imajo starej\u0161i ve\u010dje te\u017eave s sprejemanjem novosti. Ali to res dr\u017ei? Odgovore na vpra\u0161anje smo na eHRM in Digital Agora dogodku iskali z Aniso Faganelj iz AMZS in Majo Roj\u0161ek iz podjetja Medis.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Digitalizacijo procesov spremlja prepri\u010danje, da so starej\u0161i zaposleni tisti, ki\u00a0<strong>te\u017eje sprejemajo novosti<\/strong>. Razlogi za to so lahko razli\u010dni: hitrost uvajanja sprememb, zahtevnost uporabe novih tehnologij, mnenje o dodani vrednosti vpeljanih sprememb ipd. Prav nasprotno, gonilo sprememb je na\u0161 najstarej\u0161i zaposleni,\u00ab pojasnjuje Maja.
