V skupini Petrol so v prenos sporo\u010dil podjetja vklju\u010dili skupino zaposlenih oz. interne ambasadorje. Konkretne primere in izku\u0161nje z ambasadorstvom kot dodatnim kanalom sporo\u010danja smo spoznali na dogodku <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digital-agora.com\/sl\/dogodki\/interna-komunikacija-zaposleni-v-fokusu\/\">Interna komunikacija: zaposleni v fokusu<\/a>. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V Petrol d.d. se zavedajo , da zaposleni sporo\u010dila podjetja pogosto bolje sprejmejo, \u010de jih izvejo od sodelavcev, je poudarila Ur\u0161ka Ojster\u0161ek, vodja internega komuniciranja.  Zato informacije o ve\u010djih spremembah med drugim prena\u0161ajo tudi preko skupine zaposlenih oz. <strong>internih ambasadorjev.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvi\u010d so <strong>ambasadorstvo kot kanal komuniciranja<\/strong> uvedli \u017ee leta 2013. Z njim so takrat \u017eeleli<strong> <\/strong>dvigniti zavedanje zaposlenih, da Petrol ni samo naftno podjetje, ampak energetska dru\u017eba. Sodelavci so skozi <strong>igrifikacijo <\/strong>spoznavali produkte, storitve in re\u0161itve, ki jih ponujajo kupcem, kasneje pa so lahko svoje znanje \u0161irili med znanci, prijatelji in dru\u017einskimi \u010dlani  ali ga uporabili pri doseganju bolj\u0161ih osebnih prodajnih rezultatov.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video controls poster=\"https:\/\/www.digital-agora.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Petrol-Praksa-ambasadostrva-Slika-1.png\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digital-agora.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eHRM-Petrol-Urska-Izsek-1.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><br>Kot pomo\u010d pri uvajanju digitalnih orodij<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ker se je koncept ambasadorstva izkazal za koristnega, so ponovno ubrali enak pristop, in sicer pri zamenjavi digitalnih orodij, ki so jih zaposleni uporabljali pri delu. Pred uvedbo Microsoft orodij, kot so na primer Outlook in Microsoft Teams, so <strong>sodelavce vpra\u0161ali<\/strong>, na kak\u0161en na\u010din jih \u017eelijo spoznati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati so pokazali, da se o delu z aplikacijami njihovi zaposleni najraje <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ehrm.net\/mentorstvo-kot-prispevek-druzbi\/\">u\u010dijo drug od drugega<\/a><\/strong>. Med ambasadorje so vklju\u010dili sodelavce, ki so tehnolo\u0161ko napredni in dobro prena\u0161ajo znanje. Ti so svoje poslanstvo opravljali dokler ve\u010dina sodelavcev ni osvojila uporabe novih orodij.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video controls poster=\"https:\/\/www.digital-agora.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Petrol-Praksa-ambasadorstva-Slika-2.png\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digital-agora.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eHRM-Petrol-Urska-Izsek-2.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><br>Ambasadorji strate\u0161kih sprememb<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>V koronskem obdobju je skupina Petrol oblikovala <strong>novo strategijo poslovanja<\/strong>. Pri komunikaciji sprememb in novosti so kot dodaten kanal informiranja zaposlenih vklju\u010dili tudi ambasadorstvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osemindvajset posameznikov, ki so se za to vlogo javili sami (objavljen je bil namre\u010d <strong>razpis za ambasadorje sprememb<\/strong>), so na delavnicah opremili z ustreznim znanjem ter razumevanjem, kaj nova strategija prina\u0161a, katere cilje podjetje zasleduje itd. Njihova naloga je bila predvsem <strong>pomagati sodelavcem razumeti strate\u0161ke iniciative<\/strong> ter jim stati ob strani pri sprejemanju novosti. Poleg tega so bili na voljo za predloge izbolj\u0161av in pridobivali povratne informacije, kako sodelavci vidijo spremembe oz. novo strategijo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po dolo\u010denem obdobju so v Petrolu preverili <strong>zadovoljstvo ambasadorjev<\/strong> z izvedbo programa ter interes za nadaljnje sodelovanje. Odzivi so bili pozitivni in tiste, ki so se odlo\u010dili svoje poslanstvo nadaljevati, so dodatno predstavili v interni reviji skozi osebne portrete \u2012 kdo so kot sodelavci in kako \u017eivijo vlogo ambasadorjev sprememb.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video controls poster=\"https:\/\/www.digital-agora.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Petrol-Praksa-ambasadorstva-Slika-3.png\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digital-agora.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eHRM-Petrol-Urska-Izsek-3.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><br>Komunikacija trajnosti<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Leta 2022 so v Petrolu pognali program <strong>ambasadorjev trajnosti<\/strong>. Glede na dobro izku\u0161njo so tudi v tem primeru sodelavce k sodelovanju povabili preko razpisa. Pri tem so interesente povpra\u0161ali, zakaj si \u017eelijo postati ambasadorji in na katerem podro\u010dju trajnosti vidijo svoj najve\u010dji doprinos. Skozi njihove <strong>zgodbe v interni reviji<\/strong> in <strong>vklju\u010devanje v razli\u010dne dogodke<\/strong> s podro\u010dja trajnosti jih predstavljajo ostalim v podjetju. Ambasadorji trajnosti s svojim zgledom predvsem spodbujajo ostale sodelavce k razumevanju trajnostnega delovanja in spreminjanju navad v skladu s trajnostnimi vrednotami.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video controls poster=\"https:\/\/www.digital-agora.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Petrol-Praksa-ambasadorstva-Slika-4.png\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digital-agora.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eHRM-Petrol-Urska-Izsek-4.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><br>Ur\u0161ka Ojster\u0161ek je predstavitev zaklju\u010dila z mislijo, da pri deljenju informacij s sodelavci <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.digital-agora.com\/\">kanalov sporo\u010danja<\/a> ni nikoli preve\u010d<\/strong>. Ambasadorstvo je le eden od na\u010dinov komuniciranja, ki lahko prispeva k bolj\u0161i sprejetosti in razumevanju sporo\u010dila, pred obve\u0161\u010danjem sodelavcev o novostih ali spremembah v podjetju pa je vsekakor priporo\u010dljivo narediti razmislek ter za \u0161irjenje informacije uporabiti ve\u010d razli\u010dnih pristopov.<br><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kako pri komunikaciji s sodelavci uporabiti osebni pristop?
